1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StayMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Booking & Payments
- All prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable taxes.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe at time of booking.
- Bookings are subject to availability and owner confirmation (unless Instant Book is enabled).
- StayMe charges a platform service fee included in the displayed price.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by property and are displayed on each listing. Free cancellation bookings refund in full if cancelled before the deadline. Non-refundable rates are not eligible for refunds.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to comply with property house rules, check-in/check-out times, and local laws. Damage to property may result in charges up to the security deposit amount.
5. Property Owner Responsibilities
Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, responding to bookings promptly, and providing accommodation as described. StayMe reserves the right to remove listings that violate our standards.
6. Platform Commission
StayMe charges property owners a commission on confirmed bookings. The current rate is displayed in the Owner Portal. StayMe is not responsible for disputes between guests and owners.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Creating false or misleading listings
- Circumventing StayMe's payment system
- Harassment of guests, owners, or staff
- Use of the platform for illegal purposes
8. Limitation of Liability
StayMe acts as a marketplace connecting guests and property owners. We are not liable for the condition of properties, cancellations by owners, or force majeure events. Our maximum liability is limited to the booking value.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StayMe is registered. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
